Dr. Stephen Brigance grew up in Paducah, Kentucky and obtained his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. He received a Master of Science in Anatomy from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio and his medical degree from the University of Louisville-School of Medicine in 2003.
After medical school, he completed his internship and residency at Indiana University in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery followed by a fellowship in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction at the University of California at Davis.
